1.Symptom: Turn on the cutting plotter, no display on display panel.
Cause: Power socket, plug and connecter can not touch well.
Solution: Connect power socket, plug and connecter again.
2.Symptom: Fuse is burnt when power is on.
Cause: Fuse can not meet the requirement.
Solution: Change fuse（5A）.
3.Symptom: Abnormal when power is on.
Cause: Voltage is out of working range.
Solution: Add voltage regulator.
4.Symptom: Patterns distort irregularly.
Cause: Timing belt is too loose.
Solution: Tighten the timing belt.
5.Symptom: Cutting Plotter doesn’t work.
Cause: a. Communication port has not been set.b. Signal cable does not tough well.
c. Transferred data is lost.
Solution: a. Set computer and the cutting plotter the same communication port.
b. Check signal cable.c. Resend data.
6.Symptom: The edge of pieces is not cut smoothly.
Cause: a. Blade is worn.b. Screw of blade holder is too tight
Solution: a. Replace blade. b. Check if blade can rotate freely in bald holder.
7.Symptom: Patterns distort regularly.
Cause: Data transfer error.
Solution: Resend data.
8.Symptom: Plot too deep or unclear.
Cause: a. Pen pressure is not suitable.b. Pen screw is driven too tight or too
loose.c. Ink has been used up.
Solution: a. Adjust pen pressure.b. Adjust pen screw.c. Replace another pen.
9. Symptom: Cut through cushion.
Cause: a. Blade pressure is too big.b. Blade head is too long.
Solution: a. Adjust blade pressure. b. Adjust blade.
10.Symptom: Some pieces can not be cut through.
Cause: a. Blade pressure is too small.b. The blade is worn.c. Blade head is too short.
Solution: a. Adjust blade pressure.b. Replace another blade.c. Adjust blade.
